6) Purchases & billing
If you purchase a course or add-on, we will provide the billing details (price, currency, taxes if applicable, and scope) before payment is collected. Payment methods and providers are implemented per deployment and shown where applicable.

7) Disclaimers
The Service provides We do not provide medical, legal, or business advice. You are responsible for how you apply any information in your own context.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We do not guarantee outcomes from courses. Learning results depend on many factors including participation, context, and practice.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XyroOne will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, losses, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. Consult legal counsel to tailor limitations to your GEO and applicable consumer protection rules.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Set the correct jurisdiction for your business and update dispute resolution venue as required.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
11) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the last revision. Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
