The fastest way to stop receiving optional messages is to use the unsubscribe option in an email (if present) or contact us directly with your request.

1) Email opt-out
If you receive an email from XyroOne that includes an unsubscribe link, you may use it to opt out of that category of messages. If no link is available, you can request removal by contacting us.
- Request by email: send a message with subject “Opt-out request” and include the email address you want removed.
- Request by form: submit your request via Contact.

2) Marketing preferences
Marketing messages are optional. If we send any promotional or update messages, you can opt out at any time. Opting out does not affect essential messages (e.g., responses to your inquiry or service notifications).
