Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund rules for educational services and digital materials provided by XyroOne.

1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases made through XyroOne for educational services, courses, cohort participation (if offered), and digital materials. It should be read together with our Terms.

If a payment provider or platform applies separate refund rules, those are listed where applicable and will be clarified in order confirmations.

2) Definitions

  • “Course Access”: access to course modules or content for a defined period
  • “Cohort”: scheduled sessions for a group learning format, if offered
  • “Digital Materials”: downloadable templates or files, if offered
  • “Start Date”: the date access is first provided or cohort begins

3) Cooling-off & local consumer rights

Depending on your location, you may have statutory rights (including cooling-off periods) for online purchases. Where such rights apply, we will comply with applicable law.

Governing GEO and cooling-off language reflect local rules where applicable.

4) Courses & access

4.1 Before access is provided

If you cancel before Course Access is provided, we may issue a full refund, unless payment processing fees are non-refundable (where permitted).

4.2 After access is provided

Once Course Access is provided, refunds may be limited because digital delivery begins immediately. We may consider partial refunds in limited cases (e.g., duplicate billing, technical inability to access not resolved within reasonable time).

4.3 Cohort formats (if offered)

For cohort-based courses, cancellations close to or after the start date may not be refundable due to reserved capacity and scheduling. If allowed, any partial refund will depend on session attendance and timing.

5) Digital services/materials

Digital Materials (e.g., downloadable templates) may be non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, except where required by law. If files are defective or access is not provided, we may offer a replacement or refund after verification.

6) Exceptions (non-refundable cases)

Refunds may be denied where permitted by law in cases such as:

  • Access was successfully provided and substantial content was consumed
  • Requests are made outside the stated timelines
  • Abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected
  • Chargebacks are initiated before contacting support to resolve an issue

This section does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.

7) Refund process

To request a refund or cancellation:

  1. Contact us via Contact or email (recommended).
  2. Include: purchase email, date, product/course name, and reason for the request.
  3. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and eligibility.

Billing and support contact details are available on the Contact page.

8) Timelines

  • Review: we typically review requests within a reasonable time after receiving details.
  • Decision: if approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.
  • Processing: bank and provider processing times vary by method and country.

If a refund is approved, you may lose access to the related content and materials.

9) Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us with additional details. We aim to handle disputes fairly and consistently. If you have statutory rights to escalate the complaint, you may do so under applicable law.
